Welcome
Living Hope Community Church in Wenatchee is a place where people can meet Jesus, engage in life-giving community, and everyone is welcome. We believe in creating a space where people can have authentic encounters with Christ, discover their gifts and use them for God's glory.
What To Expect at a sunday gathering
A typical Sunday gathering will last about 90 minutes. We start off by greeting each other over great coffee, then we worship with a mix of contemporary and traditional music, Scripture, and prayer. Before our time of teaching, grades k-5 can go to Children's Church and grades 6-12 head off to Two Bearded Bald Guys (named after the men who lead it). We end in a time of worship, ministering to each other in prayer and encouragement, and just being together. Childcare is available.
Our Family-Style Culture
People Over Programs
When we get asked, "What kinds of programs do you have?" we might answer, "Us."
While we have and develop programs, they are made up of people made in the image of God.
We don't go to church. We are the Church.
Everybody Pitches In
The people who go here do the ministry here. Since almost everything is done by volunteers, there's plenty of grace for growth as we explore and discover how God designed us to serve Him and others. Just like at your house, there isn't a paid staff person coming along to make it happen or clean up. It's us.
God-Centered Missional Family
Instead of splitting into a lot of groups based on the usual things like age and activities, we tend to do life and ministry as an intergenerational family. We want to know each other and be known.
